Our Internship Program for New Graduates is designed to provide real, hands-on experience in the field so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and begin your career with purpose and credibility.
What You’ll Do as an Intern
This is more than observation you’ll work side by side with one of our experienced inspectors, actively participating in real inspections and learning the full process from start to finish.
Each internship includes:
- Shadowing and assisting in at least three live home and commercial inspections
- Learning how to operate professional tools and perform thorough evaluations
- Participating in client interactions and job-site safety practices
- Collaborating with our lead inspector to write a complete inspection report
- Receiving direct coaching and feedback on your performance
